Returns

60 Day Return Policy: If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any item you've bought from us, please contact our customer service team by email: onlineshop@barnardos.org.uk or by phone 0800 328 7795 within 60 days of receipt.

Items that are defective or that have been damaged in transit can be returned for a refund or exchange free of charge. Please note: 'Unwanted' items may incur a return carriage charge, and any item returned for either an exchange or refund must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged during the return journey may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges and /or refunds are issued within 5 working days of Barnardo's receiving the returned item(s).
