60-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or damaged during transit, it can be returned free of charge for either a refund or a replacement.

Unwanted Items

If you have changed your mind, you may return your item, although a return carriage charge may apply.

Please ensure that:

• The item is returned in its original condition.
• All original packaging is included.
• The item is suitably packaged for return.

Unfortunately, we may be unable to provide a refund for items damaged during the return journey.

Refund Processing

Once we have received your returned item(s), refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 5 working days.

Return of Large Electrical Items (Non-Faulty)

If you wish to return a large electrical item because you have changed your mind or ordered it in error, we can arrange collection provided that:

• The item is unused.
• All accessories are present and unused.
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is not faulty or damaged.

Please note that a £50 collection fee applies to large electrical item returns. This charge covers the cost of collection and transportation back to the supplier and will be deducted from your refund.
