How to Personalise Your Product with Barnardo's:

1. Place Your Order:
    - Complete your purchase.

2. Check Your Email:
    - Look for an email from “barnardos@personalisedmemento.co.uk” within 1 hour.
    - If you don't see it, please check your junk folder.

3. Follow the Link:
    - Open the email and follow the provided link.

4. Add Your Message / Photo:
    - Type your personalised message into the fields on the screen, and / or upload your photo.

5. Review and Submit:
    - Click the preview button to review the personalisation.
    - Once you're satisfied, click submit.

6. Production Begins:
    - Your order will enter the production process and will be despatched within 3 working days.

Please Note:
- The content on personalised products will be exactly as entered, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting.
- Accents, special characters, and emojis are not accepted.
- Once submitted, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
- If personalisation is not submitted within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer services.
- We do not allow personalisation that infringes copyright laws or contains indecent, offensive, abusive, threatening, or defamatory language. Please review the full content rules in the terms and conditions. Orders not complying with these rules will be refused.
