When your new home appliance is delivered, you can choose to include installation and removal of your old appliance. Simply select your service from the dropdown options when placing your order. Please ensure you empty the item of clothing and water. Reasonable access is required for disconnection and removal or your old appliance.

Returns of Large Electrical Items (Non-Faulty)

If you have ordered a large electrical item in error and wish to return it, we may be able to arrange a return provided that:

• The item is unused and in a resaleable condition.
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is not faulty or damaged.

As these products are shipped directly from our supplier, returns for unwanted items are subject to a collection fee to cover the cost of arranging transport back to the supplier. In addition, the supplier may apply a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
