• Inside can be personalised with 5 lines of text, up to 25 characters per line
• All text is case sensitive and will appear exactly as entered (avoid block capitals for best results)

• Supplied with a brown outer envelope and plain white inner envelope

How to Personalise Your Product with Barnardo's:

2. Check Your Email: Look for an email from “barnardos@personalisedmemento.co.uk” within 1 hour. If you don't see it, please check your junk folder.
3. Follow the Link: Open the email and follow the provided link.
4. Add Your Message: Type your personalised message into the fields on the screen.
5. Review and Submit: Click the preview button to review the personalisation. Once you're satisfied, click submit.
6. Production Begins: Your order will enter the production process and will be despatched within 3 working days.

• The content on personalised products will be exactly as entered, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting.
• Accents, special characters, and emojis are not accepted.
• Once submitted, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
• If personalisation is not submitted within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
