Discover the journey taken by players and managers on matchday as you explore the first team changing room, players’ tunnel, dugouts, media auditorium, historic memorabilia displays, and even the enormous NFL locker rooms.

Using a personal handheld multimedia guide, you’ll hear stories and insights from the players themselves while knowledgeable tour guides are available throughout to answer any questions.

What happens on the day?

At the start of your experience, you’ll each receive a handheld multimedia guide designed to help you make the most of your visit to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

During the tour, you’ll explore exclusive behind-the-scenes areas including the first team changing room, the players’ tunnel, the dugouts, media auditorium, and the NFL locker rooms. Along the way, you’ll uncover fascinating stories about the club, stadium, and players.

• Accessible and changing places toilets available
• Bags larger than A4 are not permitted on the Stadium Tour
• The stadium operates as a fully cashless venue
• No food or drink allowed during the tour
• Please allow approximately 2 hours for the experience

Availability: Tours are available seven days a week, excluding event days and certain surrounding dates, with limited availability during June and July. We recommend booking six to eight weeks in advance, subject to availability.

Important Information: Guests can enjoy a stop-off at the M Cafe during the tour for refreshments and extra time to enjoy the stadium surroundings.
